Question new grill install....without pop rivits????

a buddy wants me to install a new grill in his 72 best of show winning truck,but is there any thing i can use to use insead of pop rivit,to me it makes the 300 dollar grill look cheap..
read a thread awhole back someone use a rivit with a threaded end,said they got it from gm dealer maybe someone can help me find some.

I carry a small stainless steel carraige type bolt taht looks very good in the grills. If you try contacting me I will be out of town for a few days, but will be glad to help you then. thanks, Bill

I used rivits on mine and just painted them black, you can't even see them and it looks great and original.

You are probably talking about a PEM nut. Take a look at their site to see if this is what you want.

Are you talking the outer or inner grill? If inner, Chevy duty has a kit to install them.

If outer, I bought bolt type rivets from Lutty's Chevy parts. They look like a factory rivet from the top but have a nut on the bottom.
