Parchment Trim

What is parchment trim? That is one of the options on the list on my glove box door and I was wondering what it is.

It's off white. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this is parchment...

The only things I have left of thoughs is the door panels, seat and seatbelts. the seat is going to the garbage becuase my dog ate it and I wanted a better seat anyways. Would the parchment trim be on something like a cheyenne or CST because I want to know what model my truck is.

Parchment interior came on many trucks. I have a parchment trim set (door panels, headliner, and sun visors), going to a member in NC. They are hard to find original, and don't know if they are only Highlander and Super Cheyanne package items, but that where I saw them mosy thu the years.

My highlander 72 has it. That and the plaid seat just scream tacky 70's. I guess it doesn't look too bad, but I bet in a truck it is hard to keep clean.

Parchment is white in my '68 (according to Chevrolet). I ordered new parchment vinyl and they sent off-white (toward beige) and I had to send it back with a sample of my original to get the correct color...Chevrolet Parchment = WHITE!

N2TRUX...the white on the seats and the arm rest in that picture are parchment.

GM never put "white" interiors in these trucks. If it looks white(it is),that`s Parchment. The dash pad/steering wheel would look tan(it is),but GM calls it Sandlewood. All Highlanders had Parchment w/plaid inserts.Parchment (or any other colr) was available in all model levels in that model`s materials.

Yeah, Parchment is what my 71 Custom Deluxe originally came with. The only thing left is a couple of the seatbelts and the dash pad (which is shot).

I have not found any repro stuff available in that color...so I am going back with a black interior. I wish it were available....as I like it.

Aren't the "off white" interior vinyl parts vendors sell actually Parchment?

I also would like to find Parchment interior parts. My 71 GMC is parchment and it goes well with the metallic bronze paint. To get around it I took a sun visor to my local paint shop and matched it to something close in vinyl paint. Works pretty well for most of the parts but not the door panels or seat.
