Accel Distributor HEI info needed
Hi All!
I am putting an Accel HEI Distributor in my 72 Chevy C10 350 Auto, is there an adapter harness that goes between old hookups and new connector on HEI Distributor, and what is the part# Thanks! Jeff Smith Pensacola, FL 850-475-5030 mvpco@yahoo.com |

You aren't going to want to use the old ignition wire because the voltage will be too low (the wire has high resistance). You're going to want to run a 10 gauge wire from the "Ignition Unfused" terminal on your fuse panel straight to the HEI. The yellow wire that comes from the starter motor no longer needs to be connected anywhere.
