Shakey front end in the turns

This has been discussed before but I can't find it for some reason.

Here's the scoop, in a straight line the truck is fine, in turns (left or right) the steering wheel bounces (left to right)......I'm thinking the ball joint ends are bad, but it's very rhythmic and it only does it in turns over 40 mph. Tire wear is pretty even..... maybe the wheel bearings are shot?

Could be a bent belt in one of the tires on the outside or inside edge.Only noticeable i turns.Toss a spare on one side and try it out, then the other, see if it changes or goes away or whatever.

Last summer my Camaro steering wheel would shake violently when I hit a bump in a turn. It turned out the steering linkage was shot, as well as 1 ball joint.

The shaking is progressive, meaning that the more I turn the wheel the more and harder the shake, although it never does get violent.
