Under dash A/C question
Anyone ever heard of "Climatic Air Classic" under dash a/c's? I have one I got out of an old truck and I'm trying to make it work. I need some wiring info and knobs. Also, does anyone know if these units had a compressor on the engine? There is a black wire that goes through the firewall but I don't know what it hooks to. Thanks

Any A/C must have a comp on the engine, the black wire prolly turns on the a/c comp. They are usually self contained, simple to wire; 12v when key "on", one wire to the comp, maybe a ground wire. Brian
