Im glad i found this site it looks like its gonna help me out alot! I just started my 71 gmc c10 longbed. My plans are to air bag, chop the roof, 350 w/ turbo 400 trans. Trying to do everything on a budget n keepin it simple. I own a body shop in NJ and this is my first projecct truck so if u guys can jus give me some input on it that would be great! Im gonna try to post some pics just need to find out how. thanks

The no. 1 thing you want to do is keep track of all the stuff you take apart and catalog it. Label the hardware to it's part and take pictures, lots of them Then when you get ready to go back together with it, the job will be a lot easier. Don't depend on memory unless you are a genius. LOL
