NV4500 into 82 3/4T 4x4

About finished installing a NV4500 in place of the SM465. Bolt up went smooth. Am using the clutch master cylinder from an 85 (had hyd clutch) and the slave cyl from the 94 bellhousing. Having problems with my clutch.
(Waiting on a friend to come by and help rebleed it)

Anyone else done this swap? Most everything is straight forward, had to build a spacer for my trans mount, and will have to move the hole in my floor pan back 4 inches (will cut offset, turn around and reweld) I have a new floormat so, any work will be covered.
Only other problem seem to be with me 'moving' the shifter hole, might have to modify/change out my T case shifter. Anyone know a year that has a straight pull t case shifter? Will one of the 88 up work? Or is that case electronically shifted?

Any input is appreciated, or if anyone has questions, I'll do my best to answer them.

I know someone who did this swap on an 87. The clutch master from the 85 and the later clutch slave won't work very well together. You are better off using either both later hydraulic parts and changing the pivot on your pedal, or using both early components (from an 85). I think the early slave cylinder will require some fab to make it work on the NV4500 bellhousing. That's what it took for the guy I know to make it work and feel right.

The old master new slave seem to work good together. I did have to change my clutch to a diaphram one, as the old 3 finger was too tall and hit the fork. (It was alot stiffer with the old clutch, but that could have been where it was rubbing)

On a side note, a feller about 3 miles away owns an old "Gentlemen Jim" truck
