Rally wheels???

I have looked all over for this, so please don't dog me if I missed it. I have a 1970 truck with six lug wheels. I want to get a set of stock 15x8 rally wheels for it. I am not sure what all year's rally wheels will fit. Will the 4 wheel drive six lug rally wheels fit clear up until mid 1980's? Is there someplace to get the centers that don't have 4x4 on them, or do you just have to change it yourself. Also, last thing, are the trim rings the same as a 15x8 Corvette trim rings? Thanks a ton. (or at least a half ton, Sierra Grande 1500)

Yes the 4X4 wheels are what you need & you will have to get 4 rear caps & change the center decals to something else. Im sure you can buy just center decals somewhere. Corvette rings or the stock 4X4 rings are basiclly the same thing...corn

Thanks Cornfed, but do you know what years work? I don't want to buy a set from 1986 and then find out nothing past 1983 will work. Thanks

They don't have to be 4wd caps. I just bought a set of the 2wd plastic caps off a 90 Chevy 6 lug and they fit onto the rallys. The rallys I have , came off an 86 Blazer.

True... however, the later model ones will not fit due to cenget hole being too small.

The wheels you are looking for are on 73 - 87 trucks and blazers and burbs. Some say a hand full of 72's also...but I have never seen anything documented though.

As well as the truck years Andy listed, the Suburbans went up through 91 actually, and I'm not sure how new of Blazers.

How about center caps like these? If you like them, they take a special lug nut. I can get you a take off set for $100 shipped including the 24 lug nuts. Let me know.

This is the style I've seen most commonly in wrecking yards on 73-87 4x4s.

Corvette trim rings are deeper than truck trim rings. My truck has Corvette rings on it.
