Lifting a 1/2 ton

Has anyone ever lifted a 1/2 ton 72?
Is there anyone that you know of that makes extended trailing arms or a lift kit for this type suspension.
I would hate to change every thing to 3/4 ton suspension just to lift it 2 or 3 inches.
I have already replaced the whole front end including upper and lower control arms and freshly rebuilt the rear-end and had it powder-coated. I could live with changing the front control arms and springs, but I sure don't want to replace that rear-end and trailing arms.
Any Ideas??
