Series 4 - 3.08 gearset?
I have a 3.73 12 bolt rear now, and as I understand it is a series 4. What I want are 3.08 gears. But 3.08 are normally series 3. So to replace what Ive got I would need a new carrier too.
Is there such a thing as a series 4 - 3.08 gearset? That would allow my gears to be changed without buying a new carrier....

There is a spacer that allows you to put a series 4 gear on a series 3 carrier, but not the other way.
