Suggestions wtd: front grille & outer trim
I have bought the repro from LMC before and was wondering if any of you know of someone who carries a stronger or thicker one (outer ring)
and If any of you know who is the cheapest if these thin ones are the only ones available. TS |

Re: Suggestions wtd: front grille & outer trim
For what it's worth... I wanted something more durable, as the soft aluminum is easy to scratch. This time around I went with one of the triple plated chrome outer grille with chrome headlight trim bezels. I picked it up at a fair price from Wes at Classic Heartbeat. He is a board vendor/supporter. Check him out if you want. www.classicheartbeat.com Some of the other vendors may have this as well, but he is the only one that I have ever seen. It is produced by Key. Nice appearance!

www.gmpartsdirect.com still sells a nos GM outer grills for 69-72. Not very cheap but a true GM part.
