distributor ?
I just bought this 90 jimmy with a 350 and the dist was tore apart, so I am not sure which one is number one. if someone knows for sure please help. I think it is the one with the arrow but I am not for sure.

Number one is where ever you put it.
Bring the engine to top dead center. Then stab the distibutor in, where ever the rotor is pointing is now #1. Wire acordingly. ------------------ '69 G.M.C. 350/350. When you set base timing be sure to unplug the timing conector.(to disable computer control). usualy a grey/black stripe or light brown/black stipe on firewall near relay center of inside under glove box. Check manual to be sure.
