performer cam

I have a chance to get a new Performer cam for my 350. I have a box stock 350 from GM. How is the gas milage? I have a dual 2in exhaust with crossover out of stock rams horns manifolds and a 700r4. Do you also like the power. I mostly cruise this truck and commute 136mi one way. Also have a performer manifold and 750 cfm Quadrajet . Will this work for me or should I stay with the stock cam.
Thanks David
