1970 Big Block swb truck $500
Well, sort of...1970 Chevy (with GMC front cap) swb truck. I picked this up at a local wrecker service - a victim of the junk vehicle law!!!
It has a Olds or Pontiac ?? big block motor with TH400 trans. Motor is not locked up. No ps, pb, or a/c. Frame is not bent and is very solid. Bedsides are straight, but 1 inside panel is rusted through. Can't tell much about the floor for all the junk in it! According to the glovebox decal it was a 307 automatic truck. $500 in NW AL. |

Josh,
hows it going? Thats definately a pontiac. Pontiac's have 4 bolt valve covers and the distributor is in the back but does not go through the intake manifold. Tony Blackmon

You'll be glad to know that you've got a "rare" quad headlight option.

Re: 1970 Big Block swb truck $500
Buy a good tow dolly in AL and get it under the truck. Have board members move it about 100 miles at a time at there leisure. You will get it eventually.

Re: 1970 Big Block swb truck $500
OK, how about $400? If it doesn't sell in a few days, it will go on ebay. I've got to move this quick - I found a steal on a 71 Cheyenne and 72 Blazer and have to come up with some dough fast!!! Also check out the deal on the tach cluster on the parts board

Is it coil or leaf rear? If you still have it.
