Help! wood bed
I'm going to replace my metal bed floor (It, beyond repair) with a wooden one. I want to make my own cross sills at work. Can someone help me with the measurements on these. I would like any pictures that someone may have to show how these are formed and how they bolt to the bed sides.
Maybe somebody has some of these laying around that could cut a small section of them to send to me. Thanks: Allen

Re: Help! wood bed
Here are a couple of pictures of a 68 stepside with the wood bed removed. The cross sills are visible and are pretty much a "U" shaped channel. The view is of the bottom of the bed tipped up against my fence. I don't have any measurements but you can see how they attach.

Re: Help! wood bed
I have a short wide 71 bed standing on end in my shop, wood is gone. PM me with details on what measurements you need and I can get them as well as pictures.
