whats it worth...front clip
im putting a 68 front clip on my 71. a guy asked me if i wanted to sell the 71 clip. i was just going to store it in the barn. i would have to say its a good drivers quality. core support has the usual rust, i think one of the inner fenders may have some rust. bumper is new. grill is pretty nice. etc etc. any ideas on what it may be worth...i know detailed pix would be better but this is all i have on the puter...thanks for any input.

That looks like a pretty nice front clip, I'd say for the whole bang around $500 to $750, it looks pretty nice

I bought a very nice 71 front clip quite a while back for $800.It included 2 inner fenders,2 outer fenders, core support 2 doors and hood. The outer fenders has the trim pieces and new looking side lights.(pretty nice condition)..(No grille)

Re: whats it worth...front clip
I just picked up a decent 68 clip for $350 (pass fender needs help). I have seen them at the big Pomona swap meet for $500 - $700 and they brought them back home with them because they did not sell. I would have to say that it would need to be in excellent condition to grab $700. A good daily driver condition I think is more in the $400-$500 range.

Re: whats it worth...front clip
appreciate the input guys. i wasnt even thinking of selling, just storing it away. if i can only get a few hundred i will just keep it. cause when i need something like it down the road i will only be able to find one for twice as much as i get for this one.

Re: whats it worth...front clip
If you have the space to store it , definately keep it. Once you get rid of something that you were not sure that you wanted to get rid of, you always regret it later.
