Installed new accessory bracket for camel humps...sweet!
I really like the look of the new bracket I got. Wasn't sure till it was installed but I know now I made a good decision to purchase this bracket.
Opinions???? JKR

Can the brackets be used without crossing them? I like the look of them, but not sure on the way they brackets cross each other. Will there be plenty of room for your upper radiator hose with them like that and once you have the belts installed?

The brackets have to cross. When I first tried to hook it up it wouldn't work because I wasn't crossing them. The bottom of the arm will hit the water pump and the arm will not reach the alternator adjusting bolt hole. The neck is a swivel and won't be a problem to route the hose. I'm thinking of running stainless tubing around the back side of the alternator but not sure yet. Where did I get this? Hummmm....I might keep that a secret so I can be special but I might could be persuaded if you beg. I'll tell you how much though, how does $170 sound? I was real reluctant to spend that much but now I'm glad I did. JKR

I can just picture a long polished scoop on top of a fat carb pointed in between that "X" brace. Man, that is going to be sweet.

Looks like the thermostat housing is the type that swivels so that should help. I really like the looks of the main mounting bracket.

Re: Installed new accessory bracket for camel humps...sweet!
I had looked at another company that had brackets for non accessory heads and they were going to be about the same price and they were just primed steel. So I guess this wasn't bad at all.

Looks good on there. It will be real interesting to see how it looks with all the hose and all.
