Im not sure what those buckets are out of, but they dont look like 68 Chevy truck seats... maybe 69-up seats?

Actually, those look like 67 or 68 motorhome seats. The motorhomes had the upholstered backs on them. I've got a set just like them in my 68 motorhome.
