Fast Orange: Updates all over

Well, update time again. It's been a busy month, so I haven't been online a lot, but heres some 2 week old pics of where I'm at. I'll have more current ones soon.

Here's some stencils laid out on the goodmark fender pieces. I'm still in the planning stages of my paint job.

Here's the 92 chevy ext.cab buckets and console mounted up. I've welded nuts and washers to the underside floor to accomodate them.

Re: Fast Orange: Updates all over

Here's the cab tipped over, ready to weld from the bottom as well, then grind, seam seal, put the cab supports in and undercoat.

As you can see, its a mess down there too.....

And last but not least, here is a before and after comparison of my ramhorns. I like how they flow and look, but I hate the cast, so I polished them and ground off all the big cast blocks for a clean look.

Sweet, how long did it take you to ground them down?
I think that I might just have to do that to mine..

Looks great. I remember the "before" pics. Lots of hard work! Have you "test fit" the goodmark stuff yet? Mine fit, but it was a *insert expicative lyrics here* to get them to fit.

Re: Fast Orange: Updates all over

Haven't test fit any goodmark metal yet, but I will within the next month or so. The ramhorns take about 1 1/2 - 2 hours to polish to my satisfaction. The one isn't finished in the picture, but both are pretty well done now.
