ZZ3 vs. ZZ4
What's the difference? From what I can find online they are basically the same, within 5 HP and the ZZ4 is just newer with a few differences? Anyone? I have a chance to buy a ZZ3 for a real good price.....so I'm trying to get some info.

Re: ZZ3 vs. ZZ4
ZZ4 uses LT4 valve springs/retainers & powdered-metal rods, while the ZZ3 used an older-design damped valve spring and forged "pink" rods. The pistons are a little different, but I think it's only in weight. Both use flat-tops, and they both have the same camshaft. Get it before it goes away.

Re: ZZ3 vs. ZZ4
I've got a ZZ4 and love it. Can't beat them and if you can get a ZZ3 for a good price I would get it!

Re: ZZ3 vs. ZZ4
The main differance in the two is the zz3 has steel heads and the zz4 has aluminum heads.
