Anyone make custom fit mud flaps fot 67-72's ???
Got new paint on 1 truck, another coming soon. I would like to put some mud flap/spash guard on those trucks to protect the paint. I have seen some of molded custom fit ones on various vehicles and most look pretty good.
Are the custom fit molded ones availabe for our trucks ??? If not, any other suggestions or pictures ? Thanks

My opinion,I think stone chips look better.Same goes for bug deflectors. If you drive on alot of unpaved road, consider having the lower area below the beltline with rock guard paint(to match). That`s what I did on my`90 Blazer. It seems anything that`s going to truly stop all flying debri from your tires will detract from the trucks looks.

As gay as they would look I want a pair come look at my stone chips they are horrible. I would rather have mud flaps.

Check our web site. If you do a search under "mud", 3 styles come up. Here is a link to one on the styles we carry

Well, I don't really want anything too big, nor do I really want a flat rubber anything, really looking for custom molded ones if available that fit the contours and angles at the lower fender. Something that doesn't look "gay" as stated before, but gets the job done.

Yeah, that`s what I figured you were wanting. You can buy rubber ones at K-mart.Besides,my truck already says Chevy on it.I don`t think anyone makes a contoured one like for late-models.I`m going with the rock-guard textured paint. If you have belt moulding, stop it there.Otherwise mask it.It is on the lower surfaces where the paint doesn`t reflect anyway.Mine always end up with chips, tar, and whatever else the tires fling up down there anyway. If you don`t (can`t) get it off the wax just builds up on that crap.It only looks good there when first painted.
