Re: 79 Chevy Pickup C-10 for parts
Give me your email address and I'll send you some pics. I am not sure if it is a roller motor or not. I believe the TPI motors cam with roller cams.

Here are pics of the truck. Make some offers. Truck is stripped already. Nice cab with very small amount of rust. Very solid.Motor stripped. Runs good but smokes( long block only). Other parts are separate. Headers are trash.Bed is decent .Floor solid but needs some 1/4 panel patches around wheel well. Last edited by dpmalibu; 06-04-2006 at 08:34 PM. |

Re: 79 Chevy Pickup C-10 for parts
DP, did the tach work? ,
fenders & doors were aftermarket? cowl hood pretty straight for F/g ? what did you buy to drive now? I got a solid little 74 SWB down here that all your parts would look good on - i'll make you a good deal on it :-) Check out the link below also for local gathering at unknown date as of now . Re: 79 Chevy Pickup C-10 for parts
Fenders and doors are aftermarket. All fit and lined up good.Fiberglass hood is straight no chips or cracks etc. tach works.Bought a 84 3/4 ton Suburban 4x4 to drive while I build my 75 3/4 ton 2WD Suburban. I will have to pass on your 74 short bed. I have my hands full right now.
