Radiator Swap Question
Picked up a 70 Big Block radiator from a swap meet a while back, didn't even notice there isn't any tranny cooler line hook ups on it (mabye from a standard truck?). Should i just run an auxillary trans cooler by itself? Will the tranny cool enough without going through the rad?

They are there to warm the tranny oil more than cool it. If you drive in the winter I would not go without for sure. I just run a outer cooler and full synthetic race ATF, but my street driving is very limited. Check out Be Cool's web site FAQ's they talk about it there, even talk about how to plumb both. If you want one with the cooler, plus a extra external cooler PM me.
