aftermarket front fenders

I am buying fenders, I have heard goodmark fenders fit good, and I have heard that Goodmark fenders are manufactured by Gordon. But I have also been told that the Gordon fenders don't fit good around the Grill. I here that CYL&R fenders fit great, has anyone used these on a 69-72. Thanks for the help

Thumbs down Wish I used originals!!!!!!

I put Gordons on my72 4x4. And they fit like CR%#p around the grill. I had to "hog out" the bottom of the outer grill to get it to come close (still at least a 1/4" away from reveal in fender). I WOULD have been REALLY P!SS$D if I had just spent 500 on a new grill.!!!!! After they are on , no one ever has said anything about the fit, but, its not a show truck either.

On all aftermarket fenders my bodyman makes all the holes bigger he claims its the only way he can line them up to suit him.

Thumbs down

I have a Gordon fender on the front of my '72 that the previous owner put on. It also has about a 1/4 inch gap. I can post a pic if you'd like. Andrew
