Hood Pins

Anyone using hood pins or locks? I am debating, but alot of them look cheap. Maybe a few pics before I put holes in a new $600 cowl hood??

Re: Hood Pins

I don't know about the 67/68 models with the sloped hood, but the 69 - 72 have a whole bunch of space between the core support and the hood. The normal Mr Gasket pins at the parts stores won't work, they are too short.
