Rear Sliding Glass Windows
Over on the parts classifieds Chevy Dude has 2 NOS dealer installed rear sliding back windows listed. My 1972 Cheyenne Super has the factory option A28 R/Wind Sliding Glass listed on the glove box sheet. The question is: Are the dealer installed windows the same as the factory installed rear window and if not; how do you tell and what is the difference? Thanks Ron

Re: Rear Sliding Glass Windows
My 72 Cheyenne Super has the same, but the rubber gasket for the rear window does not have the chrome strip in it. Does yours?

Re: Rear Sliding Glass Windows
73737373- The rubber gasket on the sliding rear window on mine does not have the chrome strip in it. Do you think the aftermarket ones or the dealer installed ones had the chrome strip?

Re: Rear Sliding Glass Windows
It is my belief if the truck came with a slider, it had no chrome strip.
