power break swap help
So today i mounted up my new booster/mastercylinder bled the brakes all the good jazz and the pedal has a soft feel to it. But after the pedal travels half way down it gets nice and firm.
We re bled the brakes 2 times, fluid squirted out nicely rebench bled the m/c and it still does it. One thing I noticed is that when the truck is off the pedal has the feel id like, but when you push on the pedal and turn the truck on it just sinks to the floor. I know I prob need to adjust the pedal b/c when I attached it i had to push it in an inch or so, So i figured if i adjust the rod out the inch or so it might help, but IM stumped. Thanks

Re: power break swap help
Check your adjustment between the booster and m/c, you need a little freeplay there (1/8" or so iirc).

Re: power break swap help
does the place of vacuum matter? right now its running off a nipple that is coming out of the intake manifold, next to the carb
