Radio Removal...
Just how do I remove the stock AM radio without braking anything?
Tips or helpful info would be appreciated. Thanks, Brian

pull off the knobs and it may have nuts on the shafts to hold it on thats how most radios are i can't remember if there is anything else that would hold it in as most factory radios are gone long before i ever get one lol hope that helps

after looking at a stock radio on the board looks like there may be something holding it in from the back as well i know the knobs will have to come off you may even have to go in through the glove box seems to me like i had to do that to one before in the past might be a brace that holds it in behind it

like what lilpup said, take the knobs off, the nuts on the volume&tuning knobs, there's brackets on the back that hold the radio up there, and the speaker in there, hard to miss. Anyways, get that bracket off, and it should pop out of there. Now for getting it out, that's a different story, but it isn't too hard. I've only installed a stock AM radio with everything in there, a while ago I had to take it out with everything else gone, but I think taking the glovebox out is easiest.
