tach install

I am currently installing a tach in my truck, but im not exactly sure where on the coil the sending wire goes or how it attaches. Can anyone help me?

SHould attach to the neg side of the coil....

the negative side of the coil which also happens to be the side that the distributor connects to! If you have HEI ignition, the dist cap will be market for the tach.
