pic request: lowered with whitewalls
I would love to see pics of some lowered bagged (preferrably) stepside (preferrably) trucks like mine (see sig for pics).
I'm getting kinda sick of everyone doing the 18"/20" mixed setup or larger, so I'm thinking seriously about 15's with whitewalls and a bagged stance on my truck. Not sure what to use for steel on those tires, but ... I'm sure I can find something cool. Might photochop my truck in the photochops forum later - just curious if anyone has pics like this instead of the tired ~20" look. Thanks

Re: pic request: lowered with whitewalls
Ok, no responses yet
This is an example of what I'm looking for, only I'd like to find stuff in our year, bagged or slammed, thick ass classic whitewalls, no blingety-bling rims. This is the look I think I've finally settled on going with my truck. A little classic ratrod sort of look with the wheels, beautifully ugly ass stock green color (see my truck), slammed pretty damned low.

Re: pic request: lowered with whitewalls
Late sixties rides with wide whites just dont seem quite right to me. But I do think a more period look with the thinner whites and maybe some chrome reverse wheels and lowered real nice like you were talking about would look pretty cool.
Opps...forgot to add...to each his own though. =) Last edited by CG; 10-09-2006 at 10:16 PM. |

Re: pic request: lowered with whitewalls
Do you think that box on the green 67 in BowTieman's post was painted or they just got lucky to find a box the same color as the pickup was originally?

Re: pic request: lowered with whitewalls
From the pictures I can see he painted that and is doing the rest of the truck the same way. I have others of that truck just didn't post them.
