after market alternator, power steering brackets
alternator shorted and fried the wire going to the battery. positive cable was loose so i could pull it off before more than just that wire burned up and started a fire.
finding out what i thought as an original truck is not so original. the alternator brackets are not correct to the engine ( don't really fit correct).
what are a good set of after market brackets, either for drivers side or passenger side. i will add power steering later so if for the drivers side i need them not to interfere with a pump.
anyone got any good brand name suggestions? the cheaper the better.
