I have been doing some research on this and I come up with 3750-4000#. Depending on options... This is "by the seat of the pants" research. LockDoc

Re: truck weight?
My short bed with a big block engine, air pump, spare tire, small assortment of tools and 1/2 tank of gas weighed in at 4260 at a moving & storage scale.

Re: truck weight?
General rule of thumb---LWB, V8, auto---about 4,000lbs. Add or deduct for short wheel base, 4x4, 3/4 ton, etc.
