Help with Edelbrock 1406 kickdown linkage

Just put a 1406 on my stock 72'.
How do you get the kickdown to work?

When I put one of those on my dad's truck I had to order the linkage seperately; it wasn't included on the carb.

Just installed this myself - Edelbrock sells a TH350 kickdown stud; worked fine with my B&M aftermarket kickdown cable.
