2003 V6 4.3 performance question
Merry Christmas. I recently purchased a very clean Chevy 1500 4x4. It has aV6 4.3 liter engine auto trans with tow package and 60k miles on it. I never owned a vehicle this new. Is there anything I can do to increase performance and or horsepower safely. I have heard they have performance chips , cold air induction, ect...that can be installed but I am not sure. I appreciate any advice you can give me. Again Happy Holidays.

The biggest improvement on hp and gas mileage would be K&N intake and dual exhaust.
