Check the steering coupler at the steering gear, it looks like the rubber coupler has come apart. You can purchase a repair kit at any auto parts shop.

Re: Can anyone tell me how to fix this HELP
Could it possibly be a rag coupling gone bad? I understand they can be replaced fairly easily and inexpensively.

I think cobraguy is right. It should be an easy fix.Don't forget to WD the rust.DO NOT DRIVE IT UNTIL YOU REPLACE IT!!!I am pretty sure that's what it is though the vid was not clear enough to be sure.

Re: Can anyone tell me how to fix this HELP
Have someone move the wheel while you watch the pitman arm on the steering box shaft, it looks just like mine did I had to get a new box and pitman arm. At one time the nut on mine backed off and let the pitman arm wear on the splined shaft of the steering box wearing the splines so no matter how tight I tightened the nut back it still had slop in it just like yours..
