Re: interiors
If I ever get around to building mine, I will be posting a lot of pictures. I am doing a molded dash pad, door panels, kick panels, and rear section. All of it will be ghetto gorgeous.

Re: interiors
Here's the center console I'm doing. The top will be painted to match the dash and the sides are going to be upholstered. I still have to put in the gauges and cupholders though. It also serves as a speaker box and lots of storage space.

Re: interiors
Ok, if I'm not too busy this weekend, I might start on the mock up of my doors. I need to rebuild them real bad, so I might as well start now.
My doors will stick with the basic stock size, but i am molding some shape, adding an arm rest, and I will try to locate a speaker. The goal is to no cut the door at all. |

Re: interiors
It's definitely out of a '59-'60 impala. I'm going to be doing the same mod. I wonder what the 2" x 6" in the door was for? ..................Jerry

Re: interiors
little consol I made for the deck/cb/speakers/tweets/light.
one bolt into the old gas tank nut under the bowtie holds it.

Re: interiors
thanks for all the pics everyone. i am maintaing the original light yellow in my 68 inside and out. i have done my bucket seats with a "king ranch" leather. i will be covering my visors and dash pad with same. still have not a clue what i am going to do with the doors. where is the best place for gauges price and selection wise? i want to do all my guages matching. tac, spedo, oil, battery, water, vac. fuel, clock. i am pretty sure i wont be able to match the air lift gauges bummer. thanks pkj
