Big Hump/Little Hump

How can I tell if I have a big hump on the floor or a little hump? Is there someplace I can measure from? The truck is a 72 3/4 ton Custom Camper. I am guessing it is a small hump, but with nothing to compare it to I'm not sure.

Pull back the floor covering. If the hump is bolted to the floor it's a high hump. If it's simply part of the stamped floorboard, it's a low hump.

I know that 4-speed standards came with large hump cause I have one. And I think maybe 4x4's do too? Not sure, sorry.
