New Process A833
Found a A833 4speed manual w/overdrive, problem is its out of a dodge 1/2 ton, what differences would there be between the Dodge and Chevy version. Also the guy is asking $350CDN, good deal or not?

Re: New Process A833
You might try advance adapters for something.
I am not acquainted with this particular tranny, but I seriously doubt if there is anything out there to connect it to a chevy motor.

Re: New Process A833
The bearing on the input shaft is different and I think the length of the input shaft is different. How much does $350CDN equate to in $US? I see them go on Ebay for $100-200 US, but I imagine shipping would be brutal.

There is a site on the net that deals in A833 stuff. I think the name is Brewers. I will see if I can find it.
