Mech Temp guage
Is there anyway to remove one without pulling the sender out of the intake? Can the tube be removed from the gauge and then replaced?

Nope. That tube is filled with somethin and if you bend it too much or remove it from the guage or the "sensor" end the gauge will be junk.
My autometer in my S-10 finally gave up during the last engine swap because of being "rearanged" too many times.
