looks great! what parts did you need to mount the newer grill? did it just bolt right up to the 63 core support and light buckets?

You have to drill a few more holes in the core support, from what I seen.

thanks everyone. and i know i need to get some of those sleeve things for the chains. anyone know of any mods i can do to get rid of the chains without having to repaint?

I havent finally decided on how to do my tailgate latch yet, but I drilled some holes that lined up with the latches that go inside the end rail on the tailgate surround area. I was going to use a pin with a spring ball in it to retain the tailgate, but I haven't got too far with it yet.

Looks great, I love the grey.
On my '66 just for the time being atleast, gonna convert it to a newer style of tailgate latch, I've got a latch for a gate, the sliding style.
