Exclamation Rust Holes in Frame

Hey guys,

Anyone out there have experience repairing rust holes in a truck frame? I just found a bad spot in the frame of my truck and am looking for some advice. The hole is just ahead of the drivers side rear wheel (damn Canadian winters and road salt!). The hole is approx 10 inches long and just on the bottom inside wall of the frame (OK it is not on my 69 GMC, but I trust you guys).

Any help or warnings you guys can offer would be appreciated

(I am fully prepared for all the "eat your import" and "Jap Scrap" comments but we all have to get to work.)

Thanks
