Re: 6-7 drop

3 inch springs
3 inch spindles

flip kit = 6 inch
1 inch blocks
for a total of 7

6-7 drop.

my rear tires are 295-65-15 overall diameter of about 30.9

in this pic i still have all the drop has above but with 255-70-15 rear tires. with about a 29 overall diameter

so no 20s, so i might not have even been any help.

Why would you not be able to go state to state? My 68 had rear air-ride & went on the road several times w/o issue.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

I understand what you're trying to say. But....
Bags don't blow when installed correctly.
Lines don't blow when installed correctly.

Compressors & valves are easy to get by w/a short piece of airline & a schader valve if they were to fail. Gas stations are everywhere & most have public access to air (one or two places might even offer it for free!).

I just want to let you know that air systems can be reliable if they're well engineered & installed correctly. Usually, they will do so w/a better ride quality vs. the amount of drop. Of course, there's nothing wrong w/a static drop either.....when installed correctly.

Is this a front tire too? Wowsers that's big. I have these on the back of my bagged Blazer and I can tell you they barely fit. Good luck getting them to work in the front. Maybe if you only drive in a straight line...
