Here's my beater.

Washed and waxed her today. I even put some new hub caps and trim rings on her. It's a 72 307, three on the tree. PDB and no power steering. The body is not real rusty but there is a dent in every panel. The bad thing is there is not much of a bed floor left. Future plans are PS and a better bed.

It looks really good to me! I can't really see the dent your talking about; maybe the picture does them justice?? I think it's cool. Keep up posted on your progress!

Re: Here's my beater.

Thanks guys. I'll post pictures of the outer side of truck. Your looking at the good side and low resolution pictures. The drivers door has a nice crease in it you just can't see it that well in that picture.

Re: Here's my beater.

Ah, I noticed the dent right in the body line on your bed side. Adn next to the front bumper. Other than that, I can't really justify that as a beater! I've got way more dents than you! Cool truck.

Re: Here's my beater.

I would like to see the Blazer that top in the back ground goes too.
And the Green one in the back ground and I am not sure what the Blue and white thing under the tarp is but how about a few pics of it too. You shoud have seen mine before I took it apart I had the dents and all and if you need a new floor I have two right not but shipping would kill you. Good luck and keep us posted.

Re: Here's my beater.

Looks real good to me! That's the factory color of my truck, and I would really like to repaint it original. I got tennis elbow driving my truck without power steering! Putting that in was one of the best things I've done sor far. That ds bedside looks a lot nicer than the one I've got. And I've already replaced my bed...
