3 door Suburban

I've found a 2wd '70 model 3 door suburban that is pretty solid. It's in primer and runs and drives. what price range would it be in? It has the 2nd seat but no third. very little rust from what I could see.

If the price is right, is this a possibility for my crew cab 4x4 project? thanks for the input.
