yup you can tell by the spring pack and the clutches in there... they're pretty much interchangable between the blazers jimmys trucks...etc. I also think that the car posi's would work as well... corvette... If you need any help on the rebuild or anything I've done 2 or 3 different ones.

its a posi / dont know if its a truck one/ car posi WILL NOT fit truck rears

Just in case you still need to knw that posi is a 12 bolt TRUCK only unit for gears in the 3.40 (actually 3.42's, but called 3.40's in truck 12 bolts) and NUMERICALLY lower gears .like 3.07's.
Could probablly use a spacer plate to use 3.73 and numerically higher gears. crossy
