WTB drop rear coil springs.

I would like drop rear coil springs for the '68. I think I need a 4" or 5" drop. The front will be 3" drop spindles. Let me know the cost.

Re: WTB drop rear coil springs.

Do you have a pic of them on your truck. I'm unsure if I should go 4" or 5" with a 3" drop in front.

Re: WTB drop rear coil springs.

I want to order some 7" springs, I have some 5" now. $90 shipped would motivate me to take them offf and order my 7". I have had them on for about 3 years but the truck hasnt seen the road yet.

Hmmm....... I better make shure they make the 7" ones first

Re: WTB drop rear coil springs.

If you decide to do those 5" for $90 shipped, I would be first in line.

jorgensensc, still looking? .. Here are some 5" . I got them slightly used from WES (Classic heartbeat) for a project I never got around to doing. His auction said they were powder coated. There is a little discoloration going on and a few dings but pretty nice overall.

Thank you Olden Days, Can I think about it for a little. I just got a set of the 4" and would like to install them to see if it is the right drop. I'm concerned about going too low because I will probably pull a trailer at some point and don't want to mess up the truck with it too low. Let me know if you can sit on them for a bit. Thanks!

Re: WTB drop rear coil springs.

WOW! I got passed up on my VERY OWN WANTED TO BUY THREAD. HMM It's interesting what just happened here. I guess it's a good thing I didn't need them to get my truck running.

Re: WTB drop rear coil springs.

Not a problem, I was going to try and sell all my leftovers later this summer but when something pops up that I have I just chime in, so its not a big deal for me to sit on them awhile longer
