Question Am I missing something???

I saw this while crusing EBAY

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/67-72...17948784QQrdZ1

Now all the dashes I have seen have radios where the knobs go from left to right. Did this guy just turn the camera and call this thing rare?

Truck is now finished to the new owners design and running around.
I was shown some pictures of the finished product. At least it survived the junk yard.

I'm trying to be funny to get more attention? I just saw this and never seen one before. I was thinking that it was another scammer or someone who just didn't know anything (like me on this subject). So I was asking.
