WIW: 4 - Speed Shift knob

What's this worth? I've seen shift knobs go for $150 or more. is this one of them or is this a $5 part?

The only way that shift knob is worth $150.00 is if the tranny it is attached to go's with it...

What shift knobs are you guys talking about that are worth $150?

This is the second time I have heard such stories and still clueless maybe I'm missing something.

The one that was expensive was a NP205 shift knob with the engraved pattern.
They aren't cheap used,and a NOS one sold for over $150....That 4spd knob may be worth $5

ok, so could anyone clue me in on what the difference between a rare one, and a non rare one is? afterall, it's always nice to spend 30 seconds pulling a part from a truck at the junk yard, knowing it will sell for $100 or more.

It's a matter of how common they are.There was alot of trucks with that shift pattern.The $150 one,there wasnt so many

this one is on a 62. sounds like letting it go for $5 is the way to go in this case.

thanks for the info guys. just wanted to make sure i wasn't throwin' away good motor rebuild money.
