68 lwb Patina Hot rod
Here's some more before and after pics of my Truck ! Patina rules From barn fresh to Hot Rod !!! My motto get the wheels and build the truck to fit them!! Notice from pics that the rear wheels move from forward in the wheel wells to centered. It was a lot of work and a pricey one piece driveshaft that most people wouldn't notice but i like it alot better!!!

sweet 50th annv truck there. Is the original seat under the seat cover, or was it swapped out?

Re: 68 lwb Patina Hot rod
How far did you have to move the rear axle to align it in the wheel well? I noticed my swb stepside looks like the wheel is not centered. Must have been a design flaw!
BTW....Fixing the front of your box is very esay with a "come-along" and a custom "u" bracket...you can borrow mine...5 minute job...LOL! What did you use for paint on your passenger side fender for the touch-up?

Hey Bob,
Nice truck. It looks like you are in my neck of the woods. I bought a lot of parts from a guy in Newton a while back. Go here and add your info..... http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...highlight=iowa LockDoc (Leon)
