1972 Gmc Super Custom
Question about MARKER LIGHTS ON TOP OF CAB....THE METAL IS FACTORY FORMED TO THE LIGHTS....WHAT MODEL OR OPTION WOULD THIS BE ? THANKS ! John

It was simply an option, no trim level package came with them.
If it is a cab/shassis with daul rear wheels, then it was mandated federally, but they still charged the buyer for them. |

Is this a Suburban?I saw a title over on the Suburban board about a SuperCustom.Like said,the markers were an option by themselves.Pretty odd to stamp a different panel just to mount lights,huh?Especially a Suburban top panel and especially since there`s no such thing as a 1t Suburban where they`d be required..I`m sure it wasn`t a high-dollar option,either.The funny thing is,the lights fit perfect without the raised pads.I did it on a truck before I knew any different.
